At Bheppo, we understand that shopping online can sometimes raise questions about orders, shipping, products, or returns. To make things easier for you, we’ve compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions along with clear answers..
How do I track my order?
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.
Most orders arrive within 1–7 days (EU) or 7–14 days (outside EU), depending on your location.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries globally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
What if my order is lost in the mail?
If your package is lost, please submit a claim to questions@bheppo.com within 7 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll cover replacement shipping if the address provided was correct.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Once the warehouse processes it, changes cannot be made.
What if my order is returned or unclaimed?
Orders returned to us due to incorrect or unclaimed addresses will incur new shipping charges for reshipment.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code at the “Checkout” page in the designated discount code field. Note: Codes cannot be applied to already placed orders.
Are your products safe and vegan-friendly?
Yes! Nearly all of our products are 100% vegan and safe for professional use. Only our Lavender Glide currently contains non-vegan ingredients, which will soon be reformulated. All our glides, butters, aftercare, protection films, and studio supplies are completely vegan and designed with safety and quality in mind.
